Getting Started with Ethical Non-Monogamy.
With infinite variations and also known as "Consensual Non-Monogamy", "Ethical Hedonism", "Swinging", "The Lifestyle", etc., ENM is basically having sex and/or intimate relationships other than just with your primary committed partner.
There are generally three rules to follow to be successful with ENM, no matter how wild the fantasy activity or scenario may be.
- Everyone involved is a consenting adult.
- No one is ever harmed in any actual way.
- Boundaries are clear, understood, and respected by everyone involved.
