U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

All visual depictions produced and displayed on the Service for which Data Vanilla, LLC is the primary producer contain no depictions of sexually explicit conduct, nor any simulated sexually explicit content. All other visual depictions displayed on the Service are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. sections 2257, 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions are not and were not produced directly by Data Vanilla, LLC, and are the sole responsibility of their respective primary producers.

OUR APPROACH TO SAFETY

We maintain an aggressive zero-tolerance policy towards child pornography, sex trafficking, and non-consensual explicit media sharing. We make every possible effort to maintain a safe platform restricted to consenting adult members participating and communicating with other consenting adult members. We only allow member's self-publishing of their wholly owned, self-produced, legally permissible media depicting themselves and other consenting adults.

NO MINORS, PERIOD

Children and minors are not allowed in ANY content, period, on the Service. Even if the media is itself non-sexual and innocent in nature, for example a child included in a cropped family portrait, or any child in the background of a travel selfie, it will NOT be allowed; the member account responsible for publishing such content will be subject to immediate deletion without refund and possible referral to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

REPORTING POLICY

We expect the same high safety and compliance standards from our member community. If you discover any media, real or simulated, depicting minors within the Service, regardless of the type of media or the sexual or non-sexual nature of the media, please report it immediately via our Report Content form. Please include the relevant URL(s) or other information on how you accessed the media so that we can locate it, remove it, and hold appropriate parties accountable. All reports will be investigated forthwith and appropriate action will be taken as promptly as possible. We proactively cooperate with all law-enforcement agencies, as well as private organizations, in investigating and prosecuting child pornography, sex trafficking, or any other crimes that may be exposed via the Service.

As a responsible member of the broader ENM community in the world, if you suspect any website you visit is participating in unlawful activities involving minors or sex trafficking victims, please report them immediately to www.asacp.org and to www.fbi.gov.

CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT

We may update this Statement from time to time. When we change this Statement in a material way, the "last modified" date herein will reflect the date of that change. Changes to this Statement are effective as of the time of publishing on the Service.
